Peace of mind
What is quality of life? Some say it got to do with the house you live in, others say its achievements in life. To me, quality of life is simply just, have a peace of mind. To be happy in everything that you are doing, to be able to concentrate fully without any other problems. Peace of mind, to me, has been increasingly important. With that, I feel that I can climb the highest mountain, swim the deepest sea. But without it, I feel that I’m drowning in my own woes even when I’m breathing the fresh air.
Its just like waiting for your results to come out when you knew that you didn’t do well. Its mind blogging and it fills up your entire head. Its everywhere you go, every corner you turn into. Slowly you try to turn away, to bury yourself in work. But just when you thought that you’ve forgotten about it, it comes back haunting you, face-to-face.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not trying to get you down, but I’m sure you do identify with some of the feelings that I’m projecting here. How do you get rid of it? For some people, they like to vent their anger out, others, they cry it out. For me? Well, I prefer to write it out.

Yup, well written! A peace of mind can be difficult to achieve in this fast paced society. Quality of life can be broken down to many sub-categories and the contents contained in these categories may not respond well to every individual.May your simple interpretation on quality of life be the motivational force in your everyday.
