Well, the book show several ways to do it. One of the most impt thing to note is the intention. If you are honestly and sincerely trying to help, you will have good karma. Please look through the book for more examples.

Good kharma = think for others.

Have you ever not do someone even more harm by thinking on their behalf? What makes you think you are helping?

Some people say all humans are good..
Apparently your view thinks the other way...
Why do you think to laze is nature?
And that humans are defying nature by creating good karma?
Please take note that, if you do something thinking of yourself, its not good, but if you do something thinking of other people, its good karma.

Understand?

The story tells of a long tale........
There used to be him that is as such......
Who became so when he understands what....
We sit to think on it or do we think to sit on it?
To laze is men nature, or nature is men to laze.
Why defy nature will like we are gods.
We live to appreciate of being alive.
Being with our loved ones to share care and concern.

While u think for yourself, what happens to those around you...
Treasure what you can see, not what you think you will see...
